Hello, I Have A Decent Sized Grape-cluster Looking Protrusion On

Hello, I have a decent sized grape-cluster looking protrusion on my outer labia. Same color as purple grapes and size-wise is equivalent to the eraser of a pencil (each individual node which forms this cluster). Doesn't hurt but I can tell they are forming a head when stretched. I am 33 y/o, 183 lbs., 8 months pregnant, and was raped by six or seven men about 2 months ago.
