Hello: I Have A Dent In The Middle Of My

Hello: I have a dent in the middle of my forehead that I was told by a dermatologist that when he gave me acutane for my acne, he forgot to tell me to use rein-a. I have tried everything I know to smooth it out including facial excercises. I am told that this is a cologen deficiency. I do not have the money for fill-ins.....HELP
