Hello I Have A Dull Pain In My Pelvic Area

Hello I have a dull pain in my pelvic area on both sides it also sounds like it's rumbling if I press in on both sides it feels tender. I have had this dull pain a few days. I also had spotting the other day, I have a coil fitted and not had a period for 2 years or any spotting till now??
