Hello. I Have A Family Member Female 20 Years Presenting

Hello. I have a family member female 20 years presenting symptoms: dilated pupils, head dropping, body shaking, severe depression, and verbal stuttering. Could this be due to a parasite? She went to Africa almost 2 years ago. She is currently at the hospital. Has already had a brain scan yesterday, EEG is scheduled for today. So far it is all a mystery to neurologist and psychiatrist. Patient has contemplated suicide over this last year. Thank you.
