Hello, I Have A Few Tiny Flaps Of Skin Near

Hello, I have a few tiny flaps of skin near my vagina. I don't know what it is and I am freaking out that I have genital warts or something. I have had 2 sexual partners I. 2 years and neither of them have had anything unusual show up. What started to freak me out is I now have a little rough patch that seems like a scab but I have had it for a week. This is where the hair is starting to grow on the left side. I have not cut myself shaving or anything. It is the same color at my skin. I don't know what it is and I work too many jobs to see a doctor.
