Hello, I Have A Fluttering Feeling In My Upper Left

Hello, I have a fluttering feeling in my upper left armpit near my upper breast. I do take a palpitation & pressure pill low mg. been tested thoroughly for any heart issues, blood flow...the works and was told that there was no problems. Please advise. I could see movement in this area with the flutter.
