Hello I Have A Friend 23yrs Old He Says He

I have a friend 23yrs old
He says he has constant bp of 240/195 for 40days and bp is due to stress and tension
He was also admitted in hospital for saturation problem and experienced syndrome x silent heart attack there.
He is not giving any of his reports so that I can help him out
I doubt if he is lying.plzzz let me know if it is possible to have this much bp at this age
And he also says he is suffering from jaundice since September and has sgpt is constant 210
It's neither increasing nor decreasing.
