Hello, I Have A General Question...if Someone With A History

Hello, I have a general question...if someone with a history of heart disease (had a heart attack and now has two stents), insulin-dependent type II diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and is obese, has decided to stop taking ALL of the medicine prescribed to him. It has now been over three months that medication has not been taken and over 40 lbs. have been lost in that time period. This person is now suffering from frequent dizzy spells for the last three days. This person has no interest in seeing a physician and thinks it might be related to food intake. My thoughts are that his blood sugar is probably sky high and he is heading in to ketoacidosis. What symptoms should I be looking for if he has some type of crisis?
Thank you for your time.
