Hello, I Have A Hard Swollen Vein On The Lower

Hello, I have a hard swollen vein on the Lower right side of my lower jaw, unaccompanied by any tooth pain or swelling. There is slight pain present when I bend down. The vein is tender to touch. No facial trauma has occurred. What could this be? Thank you.
