Hello, I Have A Hematoma Above/under My Incision From C

Hello, I have a hematoma above/under my incision from c section 4 weeks ago, I went to the doctors last Monday and he prescribed me keflex and Percocet 7.5 for pain. He said he wanted it to drain out, but all it has done has moved lower, became red and swollen. It does not hurt to touch, but is that normal for a hematoma to do? Is it healing? I see my doctor Monday for another sonogram to see progress.
