Hello, I Have A History Of Psoriatic Arthritis, Approx. 25-30

Hello, I have a history of Psoriatic Arthritis, approx. 25-30 years, also Osteoarthritis in my lower back, hip and knee, now I have a swelling in the right wrist, enlarged joints at the base of the thumb and also in the middle thumb joint, and its very painful to try and close my hand/fingers and also when writing, what are your thoughts please ? My maternal grandmother suffered from Rheumatoid Arthritis and this is a concern for me too.
