Hello, I Have A Lot Of Drainage Which Has Resulted

I have a lot of drainage which has resulted me to have a rashpoy or loss of voice and this has progressed off/on for over 3 weeks. I was diganosed with a sinus infection/ear and virual as well. I know
drinking lots of water plus tea or warm liquids cuts it but, I am not kicking it. I am wandering if this has anything to do with the weather and it is driving me nuts. I don't feel like it's strep because, it does not hurt just annoying with so much drainage. I have tried mucniex I recently switched to allegra D. I am wandering if I should not go with an all straigh anithistmean due to it lingering?
