Hello, I Have A Lot Of Pain Outside My Ear

Hello, I have a lot of pain outside my ear canal on my concha I believe it's called. The part behind the opening that feels more like the skull. Even the slightest touch hurts a lot. What could this be and can I do anything to help it myself or do I need to see my PCP?
