Hello, I Have A Lump On My Left Outer Vagina

Hello, I have a lump on my left outer vagina lip it's small and red it causes no pain at all until you squeeze it, it will turn even more red and hard when I squeeze it. No pain from it, it's just annoying knowing it's there. The lump is under the skin and has no head, I decided to stick a needle in it earlier and when I did I little bit of blood and pus came out from it, it helped a little not as hard anymore but I was wondering if you could help me figure out what it is.
