Hello, I Have A Lump On My Lingual Frenulum That

Hello, I have a lump on my lingual frenulum that now has a black spot on it, which just showed up today. My saliva glands are also swollen. I have an appointment to have it all looked at but the black spot is new and scary so I wanted to see what I could find about it. Please let me know if you need any other info. Thanks.
