Hello, I Have A Mass That Just Rode Up In

Hello, I have a mass that just rode up in the last 4-5 days in between my scrotum and anus. It is extremely painful! I have a couple of non painful cysts around my body....but this seems different. I am starting to worry. Can someone PLEASE help me?
