Hello I Have A Mild Pain. Under My Left Breast.

Hello I have a mild pain. Under my left breast. Near my rib. On my left side. I have had it for two days. I am constipated . And was wondering if it could be my stomach. Because I take norco for pain in my legs. The pain comes and gos. But it it very mild. I was wondering Iwhat could it be. It's like a mild tooth ack. My age is 62 years of age. Thank you so much
