Hello, I Have A Pain Sore To The Touch And

Hello, I have a pain sore to the touch and when I stretch my neck. I am currently taking Augmentin for a upper respiratory infection. The congestion and sore throat has subsided, however now I have this pain below my chin and above my adam's apple. The pain does not feel internal.
