Hello, I Have A Painless, Soft, Movable Lump Just Lateral

Hello,

I have a painless, soft, movable lump just lateral to my spine. It seems to be growing bigger at a VERY, VERY slow rate as I can barely notice its increase in length. I must mention that, I have similar lumps - though smaller - around my waist region and on the sole of my right foot at the heel region.

Kindly advice, please.
