Hello I Have A Problem With Excessive Saliva Production And

Hello I have a problem with excessive saliva production and feel the need to swallow all the time, my throat and mouth is very watery and I can literally feel saliva coming out from the saliva glands, also I feel hungry all the time even though I've eaten 3 - 4 meals today.
