Hello, I Have A Problem With My Penis And I

Hello,
I have a problem with my penis and I am not sure what to do about it... I have hard white “rocks” on my forskin and also a big mark with white fleshy skin around it on the head of my penis!

I am really not sure what this could be and I have looked everywhere on the internet to find awnsers and have been unsucceful.
