Hello, I Have A Pulsating Sensation In My Spine ,

Hello, I have a pulsating sensation in my spine , neck area. I suffer from lordosis and my left hip is smaller and lower than my right hip and is rotating backwards. My upper spine is shifting to where it feels like my head is to heavy for my spine. Last night I had a burning sensation in my lower spine ... and today it's like my upper spine has a pulse. What could it be ?
