Hello. I Have A Question About A Prescription That I

Hello. I have a question about a prescription that i have. My doctor Astrid Pineda prescribed me this cream called Hydrocortisone 2.5% 30GM Cream. I have been using it for nearly 5 days and each time that i use it... it makes my skin feel rough or like rubber for about a half hour before subsiding. Is that normal or common for someone using the cream?
