Hello I Have A Question About My Thyroid Results, I

Hello I have a question about my thyroid results, I have no thyroid (cancer 10 years ago). I'm taking 112mg and 125mg alternating. My last results are TSH 1,64 and T4 17.9. I'm always tired, shortness of breath, sweating and weight gain. Are those results normal for me ? Thank you
