Hello I Have A Question About Possible Withdrawal Symptoms. I

Hello I have a question about possible withdrawal symptoms. I am on a lot of medication, one in particular is topamax for migraines. Recently I switched insurance companies and my medication is no longer free. The care credit card we got only works at one pharmacy (not the one I use) so I had to immediately stop taking the topamax cold turkey and wait for our new card to come in January. I've been on 75mg of topamax for about 3 years. I feel very lightheaded, dizzy, have vision trails, and vertigo. I stopped taking it a week ago. How long will these symptoms last? Is there anything I can do to make it better? My anti-nausea medication (meclazine) really isn't helping.
