Hello I Have A Question About Swollen Tasted Buds On

Hello I have a question about swollen tasted buds on the back of my throat , have sore throat and very dry and at night I can't breath do to how bloked it is. My doctor said I have allergies and its do to that, I have really bad sinuses infections and mucus but I'm concerned ano about the bloked it gets at night .
my Md gave me allergy meds and so far I don't see any difference
