Hello I have a question my boyfriend hurts himself every time we have an argument he hits himself in the wall punches himself feels irritated annoyed frustrated that he cant control it and starts socking what ever he finds and he has gotten to a point were he hits his head on the tile and bleeds. I need help to see what I can do.
