Hello, I Have A Question Regarding My Menstrual That I

Hello, I have a question regarding my menstrual that I am expecting on November 16th, however, I can't be so sure being that it could come earlier than that date being that we as woman could never tell when to expect it but I'm going out of town this weekend its my birthday and I don't want to deal with the troubles of a surprising period so is there anything you could tell me to hold it off until the actual date of it arriving just to be on the safe side?
