Hello I Have A Question Regarding Symptoms That My Newborn

Hello I have a question regarding symptoms that my newborn is showing. He was admitted overnight Thursday due to severe congestion and was released after being diagnosed with bronchiolitis. Since our release Friday he has been having diarrhea and has vomited twice. He does not have a fever. Are these symptoms related to the bronchiolitis diagnosis?
