Hello I Have A Question That I Have Been Wondering

Hello I have a question that I have been wondering about some time now. When I go to the restroom mostly in my house and do a number 2 I happen to notice that my anus tend to swell it doesn’t hurt or bleed but when I’m done I push it back in when I’m using water to clean myself up and it becomes normal again And it clumps up again when I do another number 2. And I was wondering is that normal I would appreciate it if you can assist me
