Hello I Have A Rash On My Forearm That Started

Hello I have a rash on my forearm that started after I spent the day at the beach and swam in the ocean. It started off looking like a small pink cluster of spots and then the spots became brown and look like raised freckles. No itching or pain. I am also 18 weeks pregnant if that helps.
