Hello I Have A Rash On The Inside At The

Hello I have a rash on the inside at the top of my thigh close to my vagina. I thought it was due to chafing but it is very sore and tender when I walk. It is flat and wet. I have not applied anything to it as I have gotten it before but it normally heals.
