Hello, I Have A Rhinoplasty Coming Up On June 4th.

Hello, I have a rhinoplasty coming up on June 4th. I smoked marijuana on May 30th and I'm wondering if this will interact negatively with the anesthesia. I smoked it occasionally before then and I said no when I was asked by the doctor if I was on any drugs before surgery because my mother was also in the room. I am also 17 years old and am worried about the doctor telling my parents about me smoking so I don't want to ask them about it. So will with affect the surgery in any way and if so how?
