Hello, I Have A Sharp, Sometimes Stinging Pain On The

Hello, I have a sharp, sometimes stinging pain on the bottom of my left heel that radiates towards the middle of my foot. It also have a tightness feeling from my heel to middle of foot after sitting. I had bone spurs in my heel about 15 years ago, however, this feels different.
