Hello, I Have A Single, Painless, Flesh Colored (slightly Pinker

Hello,
I have a single, painless, flesh colored (slightly pinker than rest of skin) bump on the shaft of my penis (top). I did not notice any itching, swelling, or pain prior to seeing this bump today. It is about 3mm in diameter and smooth to the touch. I do not see any epicenter or dimpling in it. It looks to be "in the skin" (rather, a bump made of skin) rather than "on the skin". I had unprotected sex a few weeks ago. I have been tested for HSV2 in the past and came up negative. I do have HSV1 on my lips occasionally. I am concerned as to what this may be.
