Hello, I Have A Skin Condition Called Eczema And I

Hello, I have a skin condition called eczema and I have developed a rash on my inner thighs and genital area. I've been soaking in oatmeal for a couple days and it works. But I also have a job that requires a lot of moving which causes I believe chaffing between my thighs and scrotum. Very uncomfortable. I've been doing a little research to find out what I could possibly be. And I was wondering if I could get your help getting a little more clarity as to what is going on with me. I am leaning more towards a yeast infection. Please help!
