Hello, I Have A Small Dark Spot On Head Of

Hello, I have a small dark spot on head of my penis. I noticed it about one month ago, and after some internet research I though it might just be a burst blood vessel. Now it hasn't gone away and I am getting concerned. It isn't painful, but I think I can feel it there.
