Hello, I Have A Small Hard Bump That Appeared On

Hello, I have a small hard bump that appeared on my thigh several months ago. It's a pink/flesh color. It hasn't gotten bigger or caused any pain, but I've been wondering if I should go in to be seen for it. I've been worried it may be skin cancer lately, I used to tan a lot.
