Hello, I have a small red bump the size of a pencil eraser on my penis shaft right below the the head almost touching the head. My penis or scrotum does not itch it irritate at all but recently my thighs have been a little itchy. Any suggestions what it could be? I have had unprotected sex but with the same girl for the last 6 months but have not had sex in over a month
