Hello I Have A Soft Lump On The Bridge Of

Hello I have a soft lump on the bridge of my nose. It feel like a spot under the skin but it's hasn't come through and I noticed it about a week ago. I'm a little bit concerned as if you put two finger either side of the lump it feels quite big under the skin.
