Hello! I Have A Sort Of Oblong Vertical Lump Or

Hello! I have a sort of oblong vertical lump or fold posterior to my left palatopharyngeal arch. It is mostly hidden by my left tonsil, but I can see it when gagging. It's a darker orangish red compared to the pink at the back of my throat. I also feel like I have something caught in my throat at the same level.
