Hello, I Have A Specific Question Regarding My Fingernails. I

Hello, I have a specific question regarding my fingernails. I would like to actually send you a photo so that you can see for yourself. I've been to two dermatologist and a regular doctor...no one seems to know what my issue is. It's not a fungus. The white part of the tip of my nail has sort of spilled down into the rest of my nails. It has come and gone for several years now but it seems it's showing itself more often and staying around much longer. I'm at a complete loss.
