Hello, I Have A Swollen Tonsil With What Started As

Hello, I have a swollen tonsil with what started as 1 pea sized growth has turned into 3 (1 a little larger than a pea) all on the same tonsil. I have had strep at least once a year since I was little and in April had Tonsilitis. I have never had growths like this before, just very swollen tonsils. They hurt when I swallow sometimes and it constantly feels like I have food in my throat. What could they be?
