Hello, I Have A Unique Symptom When I Run Even

Hello,
I have a unique symptom when I run even a short distance to catch a bus or train. I feel fluttering on my chest (like bird wings are hitting on my chest) and feels like I will have a heart attack. Also there is a feeling I cant catch on my breath for these 10-20 seconds which is horrible. This is in the middle of the chest and it goes away very quick. This has started in the last year or so.
I am on euthyrox medication (100microgram/day) because I have removed thyroids with iodine radiation therapy a few years ago.
I also have mitro-valve prolapse but am told from my doctor that there is nothing to worry about it.
Is this cardiac related? Does euthyrox cause heart problems?
