Hello, I Have A Very Irritated And Itchy Vaginal Area.

Hello, I have a very irritated and itchy vaginal area. I have cottage cheese looking discharge ( a lot of it in clumps) it burns and has itch bumps all over my downward area. I have read about yeast infections but I'm not sure how to tell what it is exactly. I have a swollen Clit and it hurts very bad. Please help!
