Hello I Have A Very Odd Sensations On My Right

Hello

I have a very odd sensations on my right hand side literally above my hip that leads round to my back.
Feels cold and numb and like there is a mass underneath but however no indication of one.
It's a very strange feeling to say the least. No pain what so ever just I know that something isn't right

Please advise
