Hello, I Have A Very Painful Swelling Near My Anus.

Hello, I have a very painful swelling near my anus. It is between the vagina and the anus, but closer to the anus. It seems like a "long-length bump" - the skin is still smooth to touch, but feels firm and hard under the skin. It is very painful and tender to the touch. I don't think it is a haemerroid as I have a small haemerroid and it doesn't look the same. Could you advise what should I do? :( Thank you in advance for all your help!
