Hello, I Have A Wisdome Tooth That Has A Flap

Hello,
I have a wisdome tooth that has a flap over it I have been having a tightness in neck right under jaw line and my tonsil on the same sidea of wisdom tooth is swollen. Also when I wake up its hard to open my mouth correctly is all this because of my wisdom tooth?
