Hello .. I Have Alopecia Barbea Since Two Years And

Hello ..

I have alopecia barbea since two years and its still growing all over my beard, recently i have noticed that i have lost lots of hair on my head as well and found a small patch of alopecia in the scalp as well... My head was full of hair before i was infected with this condition but lately i have noticed that my i am going bald from the middle of my head and frontal too. I am having bioting 5 mg since months but to no avail.. My alopecia on head and beard is still growing. Please give me any suggestion as to what shall be done.
I am still a student but look like a middle age man due to the hair loss.. Is there any way i can treat this alepecia (beard and head) and regrow my hair on head like before.

P.S i have a hereditary balding problem.
