Hello, I Have Already Had An Umbilical Hernia Repair 3

Hello, I have already had an umbilical hernia repair 3 yrs. ago, now I think I have an inguinal hernia. I am a cancer patient taking oral chemo. I have had about 9 surgeries in my life, which were not fun, and I do not want the agony and pain of any more surgeries. Other than this hernia I am in particularly good health right now, and want to stay that way. So, What can I do to get rid of it without going through another surgery? PLEASE help me
